Make a Booking
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, your four legged friend can’t stay at Railway House.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is at 3pm and check out is 11am. You’ll be sent all of the information that you need to let yourself in and check into your apartment.
Can I arrange a later check out?
This might be possible, so simply get in touch and we can check if this is possible. Please note that this might incur an additional cost.
Can I park my car at Railway House?
Absolutely. Railway House has a locked and private carpark which you’re very welcome to use.
Do you have lift access?
Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, Railway House does not have lift access. We do have an apartment with ground floor access and its own private entrance, but if you’d like any help before booking, please do get in touch.
What sort of cooking facilities are available in my apartment?
You have a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Plus every draw and cupboard is stocked with everything you need to prepare your meal.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Each apartment has its own washer and drier, and if you’d like ironing facilities, simply let us know upon booking and we can arrange this for you.
Do you have a restaurant?
There is no in-house restaurant, but each apartment is fully equipped for you to prepare meals at home or bring in food. We also have brilliant relationships with various restaurants in York city centre and would love to book you a table. Simply let us know and we can manage this for you.
