Your own space between working days

A self-catering apartment gives you the option to prepare breakfast before leaving, bring groceries back after work and spend the evening in your own living space. If you expect to be in York for more than a few nights, these everyday details can matter as much as the bedroom itself.

Each apartment has its own layout. Look through the photographs and descriptions on our apartments page to see which suits your stay. If you intend to work from the apartment, tell us about any particular desk, connection or equipment requirements before booking so we can confirm suitability.

Travelling alone or with colleagues?

Platforms 1, 4 and 5 each have one bedroom and accommodate two guests. Platforms 6, 7 and 8 each have two bedrooms and accommodate four guests. The full three-bedroom configurations of Platforms 2 and 3 accommodate six guests each.

Maximum guest numbers are not the same as the number of separate beds. If colleagues need individual bedrooms or particular bed arrangements, include that in your enquiry. We can help you compare a larger apartment with a combination of smaller apartments, subject to availability.

Planning a longer stay

Tell us your expected arrival and departure dates, whether those dates might change and how many people will be staying. For repeat work trips, include the proposed dates of each visit rather than assuming the same apartment will be available throughout.

Before confirming a longer booking, agree the total price, payment schedule, cancellation terms and any housekeeping arrangements. Ask about the details that matter to your routine, including laundry facilities, access and parking. Any extension needs to be agreed and is subject to availability.

Arriving by car or train
